The company WUERTH, doo, Trzin, Slovenia processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation) and national regulations on personal data protection.

- if data processing is necessary to carry out negotiations for the conclusion of a contract,
- if data processing is necessary for the execution of the contract,
- if so provided by law,
- if the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

4. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

If you make a purchase and/or subscribe to a service from us, the provision of your data is a contractual obligation, as without the data provided we cannot fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship. In this case, we process the data only for the purpose of performing the contract (e.g. delivery of goods, execution of the order, communication related to the purchase, service repair).
4.2. When visiting the website

To carry out and complete an online purchase, we process the following personal data: company name, tax number, first name, last name, street, house number, postal code, city, telephone, e-mail address, additional delivery address. In addition to the data provided, we also process data on the payment method, ordered products, purchase amount, delivery method.
We process your data only for the purpose of processing your order, such as completing and confirming the order, delivering the ordered products, resolving complaints and for other purposes related to the purchase.

When you sign up for the newsletter, your data is processed based on your consent for the purposes for which you provided consent when signing up:

For this purpose, we process your personal data so that we can communicate with you and provide you with answers to your questions and wishes. We process personal data based on your explicit consent. Personal data that we may process:

5. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data is processed. After this time, we delete, destroy, block or anonymize your data.
In certain cases, the data storage period is determined by law, so the data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
If your data is processed for the purpose of performing a contract, the data will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, on the basis of legitimate interest, for as long as any legal claims arising from the contract can be asserted.
We store data that we process based on your consent until you revoke your consent or until you request deletion of the data.
6. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As a user, you can request the restriction of the processing of personal data, object to the processing of personal data and automated decision-making, including profiling, revoke the consent given for the processing of personal data provided on the basis of consent, request corrections or additions or deletion of personal data. You can exercise all of the above rights under the conditions and to the extent set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Regardless of the exercise of the right to erasure from the previous paragraph, personal data may be processed under other legal bases, if there is another legal basis for the processing (e.g. it is not possible to delete data that WUERTH, doo, Trzin, Slovenia processes on the basis of tax legislation or another contract it has concluded with you, as a user, etc.).

When exercising the user's rights regarding objection to data processing, withdrawal of consent, request for restriction of processing or deletion of personal data that result in the prevention of notification to the user, WUERTH, doo, Trzin, Slovenia will prevent notification no later than 15 days from the receipt of the objection or change of the user's settings. It will ensure the exercise of the remaining rights within the deadlines required by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
7. RIGHT TO COMPLAINT TO A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
If you believe that you have not received an adequate response regarding the exercise of your rights in the field of personal data protection, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner at the address: Dunajska 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
8. EXPORT OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your data is stored and processed within the EU.
9. OTHER USERS OF PERSONAL DATA
The company WUERTH, doo, Trzin, Slovenia may, in accordance with the purpose of processing, transfer some of your data to contractual data processors who process the data on behalf of
the controller with whom it has concluded contracts for the processing of personal data. The data of the online store's customers is provided to third parties only if it is necessary for the execution of the order process and payment processing. The provider will entrust the delivery service with only the data necessary for the delivery of the products purchased in the online store (name and surname of the user and/or company name, delivery address and telephone number). The data is used by third parties exclusively to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the execution of the order and payment process.
The provider undertakes not to provide the data to third parties (who do not participate in the order execution and payment processing process), except to the extent that it is obliged to do so in accordance with applicable law, if requested to do so by state authorities.
10. SOURCES OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA
In most cases, the data we process about you is provided by you. If you choose a card payment method in an online store, the payment system providers provide us with information about whether the payment was successful, without revealing your bank account number.
11. PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF VIOLATIONS
In the event of a breach of personal data protection, we will immediately implement all internal and external measures (technical, organizational) to protect the rights and interests of the individual, we will notify each of those affected, and we will also inform the competent supervisory authority in the Republic of Slovenia.
Privacy Policy Implementation
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, the provider has regulated the protection of personal data with the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data and Confidential Information. All persons employed by the provider on a regular or part-time basis who have access to personal and other user data are familiar with the provisions of the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data and Confidential Information and with the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store and website. The duty to protect personal and other data is valid for an unlimited period of time, even after the termination of the relationship with the provider.
